Organic extra virgin olive oil

The “Olio della Giancamisa”  is an extra-virgin organic olive oil from the first pressing, cold pressed, continuous cycle and at a controlled temperature (27° C).

The milling is carried out in a technologically advanced mill and accredited for organic oil processing.

The modern continuous systems ensure excellent quality with the addition of a strict compliance with the rules of the Protocol for the organic oil.  The storage is carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Our oil is then packaged after natural settling, avoiding the mechanical filtration process and the consequent loss of highly nutritious substances, which differentiate a good extra virgin olive oil.
